Hi, I’m Jen

I didn’t come to nutrition because I wanted to change my body. I came to it because I was completely and utterly exhausted.

As a busy teacher with two jobs, my days were full and my energy simply wasn’t enough to keep up. I was falling asleep on the couch before I could even eat dinner, running on fumes (and caffeine), and wondering why managing life felt so impossible. I went to my primary care physician and told her that she either needed to fix me or I needed to find a less demanding job. She didn’t fix me.

About the same time, a good friend of mine started macro coaching. I told her, “Sure, practice on me!” I never expected it to completely change how I felt and showed up in my life….but it did.

Learning how to properly fuel my body changed everything. Not just how I looked, but how I felt, how I trained, and how I moved through my days. That experience turned into education, then passion, and eventually into coaching of my own!

Now, as a certified teacher, nutrition coach, and personal trainer with over five years of experience, I help others use macros as a flexible tool to support weight loss, performance, energy, and real life without turning nutrition into something rigid or overwhelming.

These days, I fuel for long workdays, hard workouts, and enough energy left over for a life outside of both. I believe nutrition can support the life you aspire to live.

I eat intuitively most of the time, but return to tracking when I have specific goals to pursue. Because tracking, when used intentionally, builds awareness, flexibility, and freedom. If I can balance protein, vegetables, and Juicy Nerds Gummy Clusters, so can you!

That’s how I coach: with education, flexibility, and real life in mind. Because eating well shouldn’t drain your energy, it should fuel it.
